The Morgan County EMA normal office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00- 4:00. Due to the nature of the work, we are sometimes out of the office during normal office hours. If no one is in the office or if outside of normal office hours, please contact us by email or if it is an emergency please dial 911.

Steve was appointed as Morgan County EMA Director on 7/1/2025. Prior to becoming the Director he served 14 years as a Law Enforcement officer, 20 years as a Fire Fighter, 18 years as a EMT. He is still active in Fire and EMS. He proudly serves the residents of Morgan County.
